What We’re Looking For

Be 18 years of age or older
Have hands-on experience with infants, toddlers, or school-aged children
Communicate well in English (additional languages are considered an advantage)
Demonstrate maturity, kindness, and the ability to work independently
Be punctual, well-organized, and professional in all situations 
Remain calm under pressure and adapt easily to changing circumstances
Hold an EU passport or a valid Greek work/residence permit
